Using the service
By using FloorPlanCraft, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and have authority to upload or enter any content you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Concept planning only
FloorPlanCraft produces conceptual layouts and preliminary proposals. It does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, fire-safety, accessibility, medical, legal or regulatory certification. Dimensions, capacity suggestions, clearances, equipment and validation messages require review by qualified professionals before purchase, installation or construction.
Beta service
The product is under active development. Features may change, contain errors or be unavailable. Keep your own export of important work. We do not claim autosave, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser and device.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a public link has been compromised. Password recovery and email verification are not currently available, so keep access to your credentials.
Your plans and our limited permission
You retain rights you hold in plan content you create. You give FloorPlanCraft the limited permission needed to host, process, render, export, save and share that content at your direction. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security and legal retention.
Public links
Publishing creates an unguessable view-only link. Treat it as a bearer link: anyone who receives it can view the published plan and may pass the link on. Revoke the link or delete its source plan when it should no longer be available.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, or present FloorPlanCraft output as certified professional documentation.
Catalog and visual content
Furniture and equipment are brand-neutral concept objects unless explicitly identified otherwise. Visuals and provisional dimensions are planning aids, not supplier offers, verified inventory, installation instructions or product warranties.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that a layout is safe, compliant, buildable, profitable, accurate or suitable for a particular project. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Responsibility
You are responsible for decisions made from a plan and for obtaining professional review. To the extent permitted by law, FloorPlanCraft is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Mandatory consumer and other non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access needed to protect the service, users or the law. You may stop using the service at any time, delete plans from your library and contact us about account deletion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta changes. Material updates will change the effective date. Questions can be sent to hello@floorplancraft.com.
